What do I do if my library card is blocked?
Answer
If your library card is blocked, it may be for various reasons listed in your online account. Follow the steps below based on the message you received:
- Card expired: Visit any location to renew your library card.
- Outstanding Fines: Pay fines online using the “Pay Fines Online” button with credit card or visit any library to pay with cash or check. Library cards become unblocked if less than $10 is owed.
- Overdue / Missing ILL: Return the ILL item to the location where you picked it up, and/or pay any associated fines.
If you are unable to log into your online account to see the reason, please submit a request via the question form on the right of the page, call the library, or visit a library location.

It includes a list of FAQs divided into recent, popular, and optionally, featured tabs, along with a customizable text box (this one!) with contact methods. A more advanced page setup option is available that allows you to customize the page contents if desired.
Use the Groups dropdown above to view example:

- General Stylesheet customizations
Each example group has a few published FAQs, so you can see what they'll look like with various customizations.
You can mix and match custom headers and footers, and stylesheets, along with supplying your own colors and logos.
